POLYLITE 2035PA

  • LLOYDS APPROVED, FAST WET-OUT, LOW STYRENE EMISSION GENERAL-PURPOSE POLYESTER RESIN
  • POLYLITE 2035PA is a rigid, medium reactivity, thixotropic, low styrene emission orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin with a blue catalyst color change indicator.
  • This resin is preaccelerated and of medium cure rate. This resin has a build in accelerator system that gives medium long geltime and good reactivity in medium thick laminated (3-8mm) layed wet in wet without creating too high laminate peak exotherm.

NCS 103PA

  • LLOYDS APPROVED, HIGH PERFORMANCE LAMINATING POLYESTER RESIN

  • NCS 103PA is a rigid, medium reactivity, non-accelerated, thixotropic, unsaturated polyester resin.

NCS 694PA

  • GENERAL PURPOSE LAMINATING RESIN
  • NCS 694PA is a pre-accelerated unsaturated polyester resin designed for hand lay-up and may be used in most instances without modification in spray up equipment. However one should always check suitability for spraying and add monomer if too thick.
  • NCS 694PA may vary in appearance and physical properties from one batch to another, but it will be suitable for the fabrication of general-purpose non-critical mouldings.

R694PA

  •  R694PA is a high-quality, pre-accelerated unsaturated polyester resin. Because it's based on terephthalic acid, it has a higher impact resistance than standard orthophthalic resins, making it a great choice for manufacturing laminates for a variety of applications.
  • This resin is great for hand-lay-up and spray-up applications, offering excellent wet-out for a smooth, even finish. It's a tough, flexible resin that is very stable with low shrinkage and also has low water absorption. 

ATLIN 404PA

  • R404PA is a high-quality, pre-accelerated, unsaturated polyester resin. Because it's a hybrid of both orthophthalic and terephthalic resins, it has a higher impact resistance than standard orthophthalic resins. This makes it an excellent choice for manufacturing laminates for a variety of applications.  
  • This resin is a high-quality, pre-accelerated, hybrid polyester resin. With a mix of orthophthalic and terephthalic resins, it offers higher impact resistance than standard orthophthalic resins.

CRYSTIC 1126PA

  • CRYSTIC 1126PA is a pre-accelerated Orthophthalic polyester resin. 

CRYSTIC 2-406PA

  • LLOYDS APPROVED,  MEETS REQUIREMENTS OF BS 3532 : 1990:  TYPE A 
  • Crystic 2-406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic polyester resin, with low styrene emission. Its rapid impregnation off glass fibre reinforcements, and low exotherm temperature, make it ideal for multi-layer laminates, in spray or hand lay applications.
  • Crystic 2-406PA is recommended for the manufacture of boat hulls, vehicle bodies and industrial mouldings.

NCS 991 PA MV

  • LLOYDS APPROVED, ISOPHTHALIC CHEMICAL AND WATER RESISTANT POLYESTER RESIN
  • NCS 991 PA MV is a versatile, pre-accelerated, isophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin developed for manufacture of laminates for a wide range of critical applications where tough, high performance water and chemical resistant resin is required.
  • This resin is thixotropic and can be applied by brush or spray equipment and may be used in the pultrusion process for the production of profiled sections.

KZN-A060

  • KZN-A060 is a rigid, medium-reactive isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic resin which is intended for use in fibreglass reinforced applications where good water and chemical resistance is required together with excellent weathering and good retention of mechanical properties.
  • KZN-A060 gives good glass fibre wet out with minimal drainage. It's especially suited for high performance areas such as marine application, storage tanks, pool fabrication & linings

ATLIN E2121P-1 CLEAR CASTING

  •  DESCRIPTION: 2121P-1 is a light colored, pre-promoted, resilient, crack and craze resistant polyester resin for transparent castings.
  •  PERFORMANCE: Provides excellent transparency and light color. Minimizes the cracking and crazing experienced with conventional clear casting resins.
  • SUGGESTED USE: Creating solid, transparent objects by casting. This can be used to make items like spheres and jewelry, or to embed specimens and other objects inside a clear piece.

ATLIN E2960

  • ETERSET 2960 is a versatile vinyl ester resin, ideal for applications requiring exceptional durability. This resin is formulated with a Bisphenol-A epoxy base, making it highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including most acids and alkalis.

SCOTT BADER CRYSTIC VE 679PA

  • LLOYDS APPROVED
  • CRYSTIC VE679PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, DCPD modified, vinyl ester resin. 
  • CRYSTIC VE679PA was developed for use as a skin coat in marine and tooling applications.
  • CRYSTIC VE679PA has excellent blister resistance and significantly reduces the occurrence of print through, to produce durable mouldings with an enhanced surface finish.

SHCP 7110 (SINGAPORE HIGH POLYMER CHEMICAL PRODUCTS PTE LTD)

  • SHCP 7110 is a non-thixotropic and quick curing type of Vinyl Ester Resin for filament winding, hand lay-up and spray up moulding. This resin is suitable for anti-corrosion, chemical resistant tanks, pipes and fittings. It's especially recommended for chemical engineering, due to its excellent performance on strength properties. It is not recommended for clear transparent casting purpose.
